They now have vacancy for an “ Employee Engagement Officer” to source local vacancies and work experience opportunities for these groups.
Candidates will need to have strong sales and people skills, coupled with a confident and positive personality. Duties will include;
Looking after a caseload of individuals and identifying job roles that suit their needs
Sourcing vacancies and work experience placements in accordance with their job goals
Positively promoting the Charity to potential Employers and partnership organisations
Recording and monitoring contact with both Employers and individuals
To meet and discuss progress of the individuals at set times.
