FINANCE MANAGER

Cornwall £30,000 A leading creative communications agency. Works with its clients to create and implement innovative solutions utilising all media to deliver targeted and effective communication. It provides its clients with communication solutions, which range from branding, advertising and printed media to websites and multimedia CD-ROM\'s all of which are fully aligned with their marketing strategy providing e-business solutions to a broad range of clients. They are currently seeking to recruit a Finance Manager The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in finance ACA/ACCA/CIMA or AAT with a proven background of work experience in a similar role.

The Role: *You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Financial Accounts reporting to the COO and general Manager

  • Manage Payroll using Iris Paymaster P45, P46, P60’s and P11D’s etc

  • Entering all sales and purchase ledger onto Sage monthly accruals depreciation for each month and Vat returns entering figures in final monthly management accounts

  • Bank and credit card reconciliation and making payments using the banking internet systems

  • Providing and interpreting financial information and monitoring cash flow managing budgets and producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines

  • Supervising 2 staff one in Cornwall and one in the Bekshire Office

  • Must have Iris Paymaster Quickbooks Sage line50 advanced Microsoft Office and Excel spread sheets experience of Goldmine would be advantageous With excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Will liaise with Auditors to ensure annual and quarterly monitoring is carried out
