EMEA HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Temporary

Reading Circa £35,000 Our client is a worldwide leading provider of automated customer service software systems within the financial service market. The ideal candidate will be degree educated with previous experience in a similar role. With the professional attitude required for this challenging role.This is a temporary role covering for approx three months but could have the potential to convert from temp to perm for the right candidate.

The Role: * Serve as the HR business partner to EMEA leadership as well as providing HR generalist services to all EMEA employees in all organisational units Support EMEA Corporate and business strategies and processes .

• Partner with the business units to identify and address the HR needs and issues Act as the employee relations representative and develop HR solutions * ..

• Work with the HR manager on recognition programmes and company events

• Ensure effective compliance with EU employment regulations * Will have a proven track record in all areas of Human resources in a European multi-cultural multi-national corporate environment.

Benefits: * This is a Temporary assignment for approx 3 months cover
and may go on longer with a possibility of conversion to permanent

• fortnightly paid into your bank on Friday’s

• 28 days holiday per annum pro rata
