Job Description
• What’s involved with this role:
To provide delivery and support of high quality, comprehensive Employee Relations service to customers and HR colleagues within a framework of best practice, client policy and employment law
IMPORTANT notes:

“Essentials” for inclusion within on your CV: Give yourself the best chance of getting appointed by ensuring that your CV shows the following PROMINENTLY:
minimum of 2 years HR advisory experience within a large organisation
Certificate in Personnel Practice
Other useful, but non-essential, details to include on your CV, if applicable:
any local authority or other public sector experience
any relevant qualifications (e.g. CIPD) held or being studied for

Anticipated Length of Assignment: Temporary role for 9 months initially, though considered likely to be extended.
Hours per week: 36, Monday – Friday, normal working hours
