Prestigious local copany seeks an expereience Lead Analyst!
The Role...
Managing a team of 7 Analysts you will be responsible for overseeing and project managing the publication of detailed and analytical country reports. It will be the role of the Lead Analyst / MI Manager to deliver high level reports, in terms of content and quality, ensuring that they are published on time and to agreed quality standards. In more detail you will:
Lead the analyst team on a day to day basis, overseeing and co-ordinating individual workloads.
Mentor and train your analysts, in order to build up the level of analytical skills within the team and to enable each team member to produce reports to high quality, top copy level.
Develop the project management skills within the team, and to ensure that every core piece of work is project managed by an analyst as appropriate, and to support them in doing this.
Improve the analytical content of the reports, on a proactive basis.
Key Skills...
We want to hear from Senior Analysts/Managers either from a Reporting, MI, Data or similar background. Your CV will need to highlight relevant experience. To summarise, you should be:
Degree educated, (minimum 2.1 from a leading university).
Experienced in creating engaging and highly analytical company reports.
Highly numerate with an ability to organise data and information effectively.
Able to liaise confidently with clients and manage relationships.
Experienced in line and/or project management.
Excellent with Excel, Word and the Internet.
It would be advantageous if you had...
Financial Analysis / Business Qualifications.
Languages.
