Required by this telco giant undergoing massive growth based in Leeds.
Oracle ERP Support - To resolve Oracle/ERP support incidents across a range of application software services, conforming to Service Level Agreements and maximising customer satisfaction. To provide Oracle/ERP applications expertise in enabling IT to deliver application changes. Using technical expertise, leads on small to medium size development / new application functionality for the Oracle/ERP team.
Oracle Application Responsibilities
• Technically leads for the Oracle/ERP team to develop and implement solutions against the customers requirements
• Takes ownership of support incidents across Oracle/ERP applications, and apply best practise support methodology, technical expertise and customer service skills to resolve them, within SLA and maximising customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the design and implementation of Oracle/ERP code and configuration changes, functional specifications and testing cycles
• Supporting the assessment of new code changes and processes relating to new services that are delivered into the operational environment.
Required Experience
• Oracle/ERP subject matter expert
• Has experienced developing and implementing small to medium change for Oracle/ERP applications
• Has experience in supporting and resolving incidents for Oracle/ ERP applications
• Experience of analytical roles within IT, or has had an educational background with an IT/technology/analytical content and/or positions of relevance within the customer community
• Practical understanding of support/analytical processes and methodologies (eg ITIL)
• Practical understanding of delivery processes and methodologies
