WHO ARE WE?
Nobilis Homecare is a family run, privately owned business with its headquarters in Winchester Hampshire, and branches throughout the south coast.
It is our philosophy that a care and support service should be delivered to the highest quality standards, and that each individual has the right to live independently within the community and when possible within their own home.
We are able offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of our client who include:
• The frail and the elderly
• Adults returning home from a hospital stay
• Carers who need some help – either as a long or short term respite from caring for a loved one or relative
• People with a physical disability
• People with a Learning Disability
• People suffering from mental/ill health
• Children and their families
We strive to support our clients to reach their full potential ensuring that any set goals or aspirations are met using our outcome based support planning and a “person centred” approach.
Every support package is tailored to meet specific needs and desired outcomes and is based on a detailed needs assessment carried out in consultation with the client, their family members and professional staff.
We also believe independence does not have nine-to-five limitations. Nobilis Homecare offers support services 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Outside of office hours we have an out of hours support service that can be contacted at any time. This ensures that clients and our staff are never alone and someone is always on hand when needed.
